About us

AXM Exercise Physiology is a locally owned Canberra business. With a strong sense of community, we are fully focussed on empowering our clients to achieve their goals and reach milestones. AXM Exercise Physiology prides itself on being client-oriented and empathetical whilst also providing the most effective, holistic and innovative treatments.

What is an Exercise Physiologist?

Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are allied health professionals that specialise in prescribing exercise as medicine. AEPs are equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions. People who benefit from AEP treatment include those with acute, sub-acute and chronic injuries, medical conditions or disabilities.

AEPs work in collaboration with other health professionals such as doctors, specialist physicians and physiotherapists to ensure you receive holistic person centred healthcare.
